Started off with error message: Cannot get Mail The mail server “imap.gmail.com” is not responding. Verify that you have entered the correct account info in Mail settings Contacted Support and spent 45 minutes with 2 reps who could not figure it out. Took the phone back to the location I got it and the tech upgraded the OS – it worked briefly. 12 hours later it will not update gmail, and now it will not download attachments. Newest problem is that it has turned itself off twice since the OS upgrade. Have deleted and re-added gmail account multiple times. Disappointing that 3 service Apple service tech cannot resolve this.
